His strategic use of AI automation and cloud-based systems, combined with an employee-centric approach, has enabled unparalleled scalability and significant enterprise value.

A staunch advocate of the “Employees First, Customers Second” philosophy, Michael’s leadership has consistently reduced acquisition costs while maximizing customer lifetime value. This approach has resulted in market-leading returns and the creation of world-class teams.
